Will I Approve the Wood Slab and CAD Drawings Before Production?
Yes. We'll provide photos or videos of your selected wood slab together with detailed CAD drawings for your approval. Production begins only after you've confirmed every detail.
What Is the Lead Time?
Our standard lead time is approximately 10 weeks. As every piece is made to order, delivery times may vary slightly depending on your project's customization requirements.
Do You Support Deposit Payments?
Yes. We offer a 50% deposit option to begin production. The remaining balance is due before your order is shipped.
